At Gradacom we understand that creating high-quality garments begins with a perfect pattern. Our professional pattern drawing services are designed to support fashion designers, tailors, garment companies and sewing magazines in the process of developing their garments. We offer a range of services tailored to your specific needs.
1. Design
We develop patterns tailored to your designs. Whether it is a single creation or an entire collection, we provide accurate and detailed patterns with a good fit.
In addition to pattern drawing, we also offer technical sheets to support production, these can include a drawing of the model with seam cross-sections and measurements.
We do not have the facilities to make prototypes or organize a fitting, but we can of course modify patterns based on the fitting and feedback from the test model.
Patterns developed or processed by us will always remain available to you, giving you the freedom to produce your collection in the clothing company of your choice.
2. Gradation
Grading of women's, men's and children's clothing holds no secrets for us!
Are you satisfied with the fit in the base size? Then we will provide the same result in the other sizes.
Do you have existing paper patterns? We turn them into digital patterns by digitizing them. We can also import and grade digital patterns that were drawn in other CAD software.

3. Fabric plans
We have CAM software that can generate fabric plans, this can be done for samples as well as for production. We can deliver these on paper or digitally.
Based on your fabric widths and quantities, we calculate the most economical fabric consumption. We compile this information in a cutting dossier.
In addition, we can also calculate an average consumption for a price quote.
4. Patterns
for graphic purposes
Do you want to develop patterns for hobby sewing?
We provide the patterns and any fabric plans in a file format that can be easily processed in Illustrator.
In addition, we can also supply various finished products: printable A4/Letter PDF patterns , print- ready pattern sheets for magazines or individual sales, projectable PDF patterns, ...
A layout can be developed for this purpose in consultation with the customer. If an existing product is already on sale, the existing layout can be used.

A drawing of pattern pieces with the correct numbers for a specific fabric, with a specific width to cut the fabric.
PDF patterns
A digital pattern in PDF format intended for hobby sewers; depending on the type, this can be printed at home or in a copy center or projected onto the fabric using a projector.
Pattern sheet
A sheet on which all pattern pieces are placed in nest form, from this you must overdraw the desired size using pattern paper or tracing paper. Often used in sewing magazines or loose patterns for hobby sewers.
