Started as a service bureau of the company Lectra Systèmes Belgium in the late 1980s, we have been an independent service bureau under the name Gradacom since 2004, led by Marijke Van Hecke.
Gradacom originally specialized mainly in digitizing and grading paper patterns, but in recent years we have gained expertise in several areas. On the one hand in pattern development, but also in learning other CAD systems and graphic design programs such as Illustrator and the various possibilities that these offer.
Marijke obtained a degree in Fashion and Clothing in 1986. At Lectra she specialized in digitizing and grading patterns. Since 2004 she has been responsible for the daily management at Gradacom.
In 1985 Diane graduated in Fashion and Clothing, after which she followed a graduate course in fashion technology in Ghent.
Her good insight and accuracy make her our specialist in grading.
After training in manual and CAD pattern drawing at VDAB in Roeselare and experience in apparel, Eveline joins the Gradacom team in 2017. She is mainly occupied with the industrialization of patterns.
Kirsten was the last addition to the team in 2018 after completing a training course in manual and CAD pattern drawing at VDAB Roeselare.
She focuses on developing new patterns.
